About our nursing team
Carla is our Nurse practitioner. She has undertaken postgraduate study that enables her to autonomously consult and prescribe. Her role involves her working with the Duty Doctor to provide cover for urgent same day appointments.
Carla has worked in urgent care for many years, most recently at the Bitterne walk in centre before its closure; she joined us in 2016.
Trudie Le Marechal
RGN BSc (Hons)
Trudie joined us in September 2016. She has many years experience in nursing, having worked in ITU, Primary Care, Walk-In Centres and most recently a pre-assessment unit.
Jenny joined us in May 2017 and has worked in a variety of nursing settings, starting her career in orthopaedics, moving on to serve as an army nurse with the QARANC.
She has many years experience of primary care having also worked in Walk in Centres, a Minor Injury Unit, an Urgent Care Centre, and more recently as a Practice Nurse.
Jane joined us in January 2011 and has a very long history of nursing behind her. Her last hospital post was in theatres at Spire Southampton.
Jane joined us in 2008 as our Healthcare Assistant and provides our blood sampling, spirometry, ECGs and other tasks that fulfil an essential role for us.
