Whilst we strive to get it right every time, we recognise we are human and that sometimes this will mean we could do things better. However, your feedback will help us find where our shortcomings are, so we encourage you to tell us where we may have gone wrong.
Complaints or suggestions about our service should be directed to our practice manager, Mrs. Wendy Fielder. Please write to Wendy or call her with your suggestions. Alternatively, you may choose to complain directly to the Clinical Commissioning Group, though we aim to resolve all problems before this step is necessary.
